Pay: $30$40/hr based on experience
Coradi Contracting is hiring an experienced Crew Member for high-quality residential bathroom and kitchen renovations. We are looking for someone with real remodeling experience who can work side-by-side with a Crew Lead and help complete projects from demo to finish. Work includes:
- Bathroom and kitchen renovations
- Demo, framing, prep work
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Tile work
- Interior trim and finish details
- Working with Crew Lead and Project Manager
- Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- Minimum 5 years experience renovating bathrooms and/or kitchens
- Ability to perform hands-on field work
- Able to read and follow plans/specs
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
