Location: Tysons Corner, VA
Shiftt: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety in your workday? We're looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician to support multiple commercial properties throughout the local area. You'll be provided with a company vehicle, tools, and technology to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial facilities.

• Complete work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, roofing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.

• Repair drywall, doors, walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building components.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs including toilets, faucets, flush valves, and fixtures.

• Complete basic electrical repairs such as replacing switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs where permitted.

• Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.

• Use a tablet or smartphone to manage work orders, document repairs, submit reports, and record completed work.

• Communicate professionally with customers while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.

• Assist with project estimates and additional maintenance requests as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of commercial building maintenance experience.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.

• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility repairs.

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment.

• Comfortable using mobile technology, tablets, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service calls.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certifications are a plus.

• Commercial facilities maintenance experience preferred.
