Joining UrbanCore Special Projects as our next Construction Site Superintendent (Interiors) will allow you to showcase your leadership skills. You'll drive the project to ensure we exceed our client's expectations!

The Construction Site Superintendent (Interiors) is the mastermind behind the project. You'll manage projects ranging from adaptive reuse historic tax credit projects, office TI's, bars, banks, beauty salons, and anything in between. You aim to build trusting relationships with team members, subcontractors, architects, owners, and inspectors.

We draw on our diverse project expertise and collaborative spirit to foster a cohesive and friendly relationship between our architects, owners, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities of a Construction Site Superintendent

As a Construction Site Superintendent (Interiors), your passion, creativity, and willingness to do whatever it takes to guarantee every project becomes a masterpiece!

• Manage Subcontractors: Manage everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone works together efficiently.
• Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: You'll ensure the project stays on or ahead of schedule.
• Safety First: Always remain proactive and ensure all safety standards are met. You are always ready for an OSHA inspection, 100% of the time.
• Communication & Collaboration: Take center stage in promoting the UrbanCore values and culture to anyone involved, from subcontractors, team members, owners, and inspectors.
• Project Details: Maintain a firm grasp of every project detail, from plans, submittals, sequencing, and documentation.

Construction Site Superintendent Skills & Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent
• Preferable software knowledge: Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Procore
• Familiarity with interpreting site plans
• Experience maintaining accurate project documentation
• Knowledgeable on safety standards to maintain project safety
• Experience with site management and leading projects
• Understanding master and look-ahead schedules

Benefits & Pay

• Annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, plus a BONUS.

• Employee Health Coverage, 100% paid by the company.

• 401K with Company Match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
