Entry Level Management Trainee
We’re hiring a motivated individual to join our growing event marketing and promotions team ! Our firm partners with well-known nonprofit organizations and national brands to host community events, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns that make a positive impact.
This is an entry-level position with full paid training — perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in marketing, management, or leadership .
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
Engage with customers and represent partner brands at live events
Learn the fundamentals of marketing, leadership, and business operations
Support team leaders in managing event logistics and outreach
Take on leadership responsibilities as you complete training
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
No experience required — full training provided!
