Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required. Please include VA license number or status of license when applying.
• BLS certification required (AHA only).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience. Outpatient experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM; Friday 7:45 AM – 12:15 PM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Work location: Mt. Jackson clinic (outpatient setting). Exact clinic address provided during onboarding.
