Entry-Level Marketing & Event Management - Paid Training
We are seeking ambitious, career-minded individuals to join our marketing and event management team. This role offers paid training, hands-on experience, and travel opportunities , providing a strong foundation for advancement into management and leadership roles .
Major Responsibility Areas:
Implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights
Identify strategic business opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, and other departments
Support revenue-generating marketing initiatives
Provide product and service support to ensure clear communication channels
Manage branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional materials
Collaborate with management on media relations, business communications, and success stories
Requirements:
0–5 years of experience in public/marketing events, retail, promotions, sales, or campaign management
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related experience
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and communications strategies
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and execute events effectively
Results-driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
