Position Summary:
Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst, Senior to support planning, coordination, and reporting activities across IT and program operations in a structured Navy environment. This role contributes to process analysis, documentation development, meeting coordination, and the preparation of reports and summaries used by leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience analyzing program information, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support planning and coordination of program activities to help maintain smooth daily operations.,
- Analyze workflows, processes, and program data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, reports, procedures, and summaries for leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and help ensure follow-through on program tasks and deadlines.
- Support data calls and reporting requirements by gathering, validating, and organizing needed information.
- Help develop dashboards, metrics, and status updates that communicate program performance and progress.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure program materials remain accurate and current.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to support communication and alignment across program activities.
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements:
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field (preferred).
Certification Required:
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher.
Experience Required:
- Six (6) years of professional experience supporting IT programs, business analysis, project coordination, or program administration within Federal, DoD, or enterprise environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of program coordination and documentation practices demonstrated through accurate preparation and maintenance of program materials.
- Knowledge of workflow or process analysis methods shown through the ability to identify issues and recommend improvements based on observed patterns.
Skills:
- Skill in preparing clear, organized reports and summaries evaluated through quality reviews and stakeholder feedback.
- Skill in written and verbal communication demonstrated by consistent clarity and accuracy when interacting with users, team members, and leadership.
Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple program activities and deadlines, measurable by meeting established timelines and producing complete, accurate work products.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain organized documentation, measurable by periodic reviews of work quality and adherence to process requirements.
Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:
- This position is performed in a professional environment, remote/home office setting, or on-site government facility, as required by the contract.
- Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, during normally scheduled business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required to meet critical deadlines.
- Work involves extensive computer and secure network use, including periods of prolonged sitting, data entry, and screen time.
- The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating virtually or in person with CCS teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
- Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, training, or project-related activities.
