This is a hybrid position with 25-50% travel required within North America. There is a requirement for this business development professional to be located on the West Coast.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and present unique, market-relevant pitches and proposals using elevated sales materials and client-specific insights
+ Confidently represent EPAM's capabilities and thought leadership in client meetings and presentations
+ Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor
+ Support the scoping of engagements to achieve both client goals and EPAM's business outcomes
+ Drive the creation of relevant, industry-specific thought leadership for pitches and external marketing
+ Collaborate across internal teams and geographies to enrich proposals and position EPAM's capabilities
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
+ Proven experience in client engagement, sales enablement, or business development, preferably within consulting or technology services
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
+ Strong ability to synthesize complex information into compelling, client-relevant narratives
+ Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and geographies
+ Demonstrated ability to research and apply emerging technologies and market trends

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
