Intelligence Senior Sales Leader

Are you a passionate sales leader with a track record of success in technology sales within the Federal intelligence sector Oracles Government Defense & Intelligence (GDI) business is seeking an experienced Intelligence Senior Sales Leader to lead and grow a high-performing team focused on multiple Intelligence Agencies. This is a critical leadership role with a direct impact on Oracles growth and customer engagement in one of our most strategic Federal accounts.
This is a hybrid role based in the Reston VA/ Greater Washington DC area. The position typically requires working onsite at our office or client locations 34 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely 12 days per week depending on business needs.
Why this role matters:
As the Intelligence Senior Sales Leader you will oversee 2 Sales Managers 8 Sales Representatives and 2 Customer Success Managers providing the span of control needed to drive disciplined pipeline management strategic leadership and exceptional execution. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth customer satisfaction and Oracles ongoing success across hardware software and cloud solutions for our Intelligence Community partners.
What youll do:
- Lead manage and develop a team of sales representativesresponsible for recruiting hiring training coaching and performance management.
- Drive Oracles sales strategy: oversee regional sales build third-party alliances and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to maximize Oracles opportunities across all products and lines of business.
- Engage with senior stakeholders: build relationships with license consulting and education field managers to develop joint account plans.
- Accurately generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts.
- Negotiate price concessions and contractual terms to maximize value for Oracle and our customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings manage escalations and ensure operational excellence.
- Champion disciplined pipeline management and accountability to ensure execution at scale.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction within the Intelligence Community.
- Plan and perform at both the strategic and tactical level collaborating across Oracles business units.
What youll bring:
- 10 years of sales or sales management experience within the technology industryhardware software and cloud sales experience required.
- Proven leadership skills with successful experience in hiring developing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues and a customer-centric mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to both small and large audiences.
- Strong quantitative analytical and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Experience with Federal intelligence sector accounts delivering and exceeding business and revenue targets.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $153000 to $314100 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
