Cold Calling | Roofing Industry
We’re looking for a motivated and professional **Cold Calling / Appointment Setter to join our team in the Roofing & Solar industry!**
This is a remote position focused on generating high-quality leads, qualifying homeowners, and setting appointments for roof inspections, roof replacements, storm-damage claims, and solar consultations.
### **Requirements:**
* Previous call center experience is required
* Experience as an appointment setter in Roofing, Solar, Home Improvement, or related industries is REQUIRED
* Experience pitching roof inspections, insurance claims, or solar energy solutions is a strong plus
* Fluent English (spoken & written) – _neutral or no accent is a must_
* Spanish is a strong plus
* Comfortable using Call Tools, PhoneBurner, Mojo Dialer, or similar multi-line dialing software
* Strong communication, persuasion, objection-handling, and qualifying skills
* Ability to follow scripts, maintain CRM notes, and convert cold leads into booked appointments
* Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
* Professional, consistent, and goal-oriented
