Quality Lab Technician (Dublin)
Job Title: Quality Lab Tech - Night Shift
Company Location: Dublin, VA 24084
Shift: Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
- Documenting and reporting findings accurately to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience Level:
- 1 to 3 years in a quality control or laboratory environment
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Desired Skills:
- Experience searching and data entry within Excel
- Experience using micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in testing and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and share insights.
- A proactive approach to identifying potential quality issues and suggesting solutions.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control methodologies.
