Job Title: Recruiter
Kelly is seeking an experienced Human Resource Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within industrial, pharmaceutical, or contract manufacturing sectors. This role is crucial for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization.
Compensation: Depending on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to identify candidates.
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems to ensure an organized recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience preferred; relevant degree may offset part of the experience requirement.
- Previous experience in industry recruiting, particularly in industrial, pharmaceutical, or contract manufacturing fields.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
