Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care to our residents/patients, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Vital Signs and Documentation:
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
- Mobility Assistance:
- Help residents with mobility, transferring, and positioning to promote independence and prevent complications.
- Nutritional Support:
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding residents who require assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' dietary habits or intake.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Licensed from an accredited program.
Current CPR certification.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
