Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems in a mission-critical data center environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to ensure continuous, reliable operation.
• Monitor, adjust, and calibrate HVAC systems to maintain optimal environmental conditions.
• Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with site management and external contractors to ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

What Youll Bring

• 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience (data center or critical facility background highly preferred).
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) .
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
