Back of House (BOH)
- Prepping and juicing according to the juice prep list every day while following food safety
- Washing dishes and putting everything back where they belong once cleaned
- Putting away deliveries using FIFO (First-IN, First-OUT)
- Staying organized and prioritizing tasks with time management
- Communicating with managers or shift leads when inventory is running low
- Frequently checking trash levels and taking it out when it gets full
- Help with station preps when needed
- Checking FOH frequently for cleanliness, restocking utensils, refilling water, assisting on stations
- Checking restrooms frequently
- Cleaning up after accidents made by customers
- Knowing when to ask for help if tasks build up
- Energetic and positive attitude
