  • Identify, classify, and communicate defects (minor, major, critical) immediately to operations for correction.
  • Prevent the release of nonconforming products to customers.

Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain strict adherence to corporate quality standards, EOL inspection guidelines, and itemized pass/fail criteria.
  • Participate in ongoing EOL Calibration Training and annual recertification (as required by corporate guidelines).
  • Support CFAs (Customer Facing Audits) and respond to issues with urgency.
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, traceability, and escalation procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate directly with Production, Materials, Maintenance, and Quality teams regarding defects and systemic issues.
  • Provide objective feedback to support corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Participate in rotational EOL inspector scheduling as required by the site plan.

Behavioral Expectations

  • Serve as a role model for accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Demonstrate strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
  • Uphold the Accountability Agreement associated with stamp usage.
