**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:** **Hospitalist - Float Pool** **System Wide** Essentia Health is seeking exceptional hospitalists to join our System-Wide Float Pool. This hospitalist will primarily travel the North Country, providing needed care "Close to Home!" **PRACTICE SPECIFICS** + Ideal candidates should be flexible team players, willing to address complex issues in hospital medicine within a collaborative environment. + Join a team of nearly 100+ hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs. + Enjoy great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year. + Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location. + Procedures are not required. + Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record throughout the entire Essentia system. + Short-term, vent management (up to 24 hours) is required in Virginia.
