Data Scientist
Overview
The Data Scientist will create data science and data engineering products that include data models, data ingestion/transform, analytics which may include machine learning, and some form of output as either a machine-readable format (e.g. file output, database output, standard/streaming output) or a user interface or dashboard.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with the following:
- Developing, running, and analyzing results of complex queries against massive scale data stores or data processing environment(s).
- Manipulating high-volume structured and unstructured data to perform analysis and generate reporting or products.
- Using analytic techniques and tools performing technical analytic support to the Intelligence Community.
- Developing and using computer languages (e.g., Python, R, Pig, Java, C, SQL, ECL) to perform large scale parallel processing of data, and to develop, validate, and use methodologies to support analytic requirements in Clustered Computing environments.
- Performing All-Source data analysis to provide technical analytic support in the Intelligence Community.
