OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Richmond, VA by Benefit Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Benefit Trucking invites skilled OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat endorsement to join our Richmond team, delivering essential freight with care.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Operate Class A tractor on long-haul and regional routes
- Securely transport dry van and hazardous materials
- Adhere to DOT, FMCSA regulations and company policies
Compensation & Perks:
- Mileage pay of $0.65–$0.77 plus HazMat premiums
