We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Executive Receptionist to support the TRMC. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, representing the office with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and efficiency. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to manage sensitive information, and a respectful understanding of military protocol and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring proper identification and access procedures
Manage and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room use
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and official correspondence
Prepare and maintain records, logs, and reports as needed
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document formatting, filing, and supply inventory
Interface with internal staff, military leadership, and external stakeholders
Ensure front desk area remains professional, organized, and secure
Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist, administrative, or executive support role
Prior experience in a government, military, or DoD environment strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Starting at $60,000 a year, and commensurate to education, skillset and experience.
