Job Description

What Impact You'll Have:

We are seeking a Senior Analytic Methodologist with deep expertise in analytic tradecraft, survey design, and data-driven methodologies to support mission-critical intelligence operations. In this role, you will apply your technical knowledge, analytic rigor, and customer-focused approach to design, implement, and refine specialized survey methodologies that directly inform analytic production and mission decision-making. You will leverage structured and unstructured datasets to enhance survey exploitation techniques and improve the quality and reliability of analytic outputs. This position will be relied upon as a subject matter expert, working closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evolve methodologies, translate mission needs into actionable approaches, and deliver clear, data-driven insights. You will be expected to lead and support the development of repeatable analytic processes, apply structured analytic techniques, remain adaptable to evolving mission requirements, and identify meaningful patterns that help address complex challenges across the Intelligence Community.

What You'll Be Owning:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytic Methodologist to support mission-critical intelligence operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in analytic tradecraft, survey design, and data-driven methodologies, along with demonstrated experience supporting national security objectives across Intelligence Community environments.

In this role, you will design, implement, and refine specialized survey methodologies that directly inform analytic production and mission decision-making. You will develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, repeatability, and alignment with IC Analytic Standards. Leveraging structured and unstructured datasets, you will enhance survey exploitation techniques and improve the quality, reliability, and usability of analytic outputs.

You will work closely with government stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to evolve methodologies, incorporate feedback, and ensure mission alignment. This position requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Must Have:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
• 10+ years of relevant experience (a combination of years of experience, professional certifications, training, and/or education may be used in lieu of experience)
• Experience in survey content design and implementation, including developing structured analytic approaches
• Experience creating, documenting, and adhering to SOPs for tools and processes used to develop and maintain specialized surveys
• Experience compiling, structuring, and working with datasets to improve survey exploitation methodologies and analytic outcomes
• Demonstrated customer engagement and support skills, with the ability to translate mission needs into actionable methodologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex analytic concepts clearly
• Familiarity with the US Intelligence Community, including IC Analytic Standards
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player within mission-focused and cross-functional environments

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of US Government and NGA records management practices
• Experience applying advanced analytic techniques, structured analytic methods, or statistical approaches to survey data
• Experience working with data visualization or analytic tools to communicate survey findings
• Experience supporting data governance, methodology standardization, or enterprise analytic initiatives
• Experience compiling and analyzing datasets to derive meaningful insights and inform decision-making
• Experience with Python or low/no-code tools such as JEMA or ArcGIS ModelBuilder to support analytic workflows and automation
