Entry-Level Event Assistant

Our team is growing, and we’re looking to welcome proactive Event Assistants to support our in-person campaigns. We are seeking candidates with immediate availability who enjoy working with the public, communicating clearly, and contributing to nonprofit initiatives through live community events .

Position Summary

As an Event Assistant, you will help bring our promotional campaigns to life at various community locations. You’ll assist with event setup, interact with attendees, share key information, and ensure our nonprofit partners are represented with accuracy and professionalism. Your presence helps create an engaging experience that encourages community participation and support.

• Support on-site promotional activities at community events and outreach locations

• Greet attendees, provide clear explanations about nonprofit campaigns, and answer basic questions

• Assist in setting up event displays, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and inviting presentation

• Ensure messaging remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with each nonprofit partner’s mission

• Help guide attendees throughout the event to maintain smooth traffic flow

• Work closely with event leads and teammates to keep operations efficient and organized

• Gather simple observations or attendee comments to assist with ongoing improvements
