Automotive Front Counter Associate

We are hiring aspiring and/or experienced Automotive Front Counter Associate who will provide essential services to all customers who come into our shop or over the phone/email. This is an entry level position. If you do not have previous experience, that's okay! We provide extensive on the job training to all our employees.

Power Trucks USA is your one stop aftermarket accessory shop and services. This includes everything from lift kits, wheels/tires, bumpers, lighting, tonneau bed covers, toolboxes, hitches and winches to window tinting, audio systems and floor mats. In addition, we also perform all general maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, tires and engine repairs on all types of vehicles. We are seeking an Automotive Front Counter Associate to join our exceptional team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to learn POS (Point Of Sale System)
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to written or verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting parts and accessories in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes, and other information.
• Reviews shop estimates to make sure that the parts ordered are correct and pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Notifies manager when parts arrived and when they will be delivered.
• Make sure all parts and services are on the invoice with customer name and job number.
• Keep front of shop updated, clean, and organized.
• Keep updated on new products and product updates.
• Maintain shop standard appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays Rotating

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
