The National Association of Landscape Professionals is looking for a highly organized, collaborative Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support our membership, conferences, education programs, publications, certifications, and other initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working across teams, building email campaigns, coordinating creative assets, and keeping marketing initiatives running smoothly.
You'll work closely with our Senior Director of Marketing to turn strategy into execution while helping thousands of landscape professionals connect with valuable education, resources, and events.
What You'll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you'll serve as the operational hub of the marketing department, coordinating campaigns from planning through execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, direct mail, print advertising, websites, and events.
- Build and schedule marketing emails, landing pages, workflows, and audience segments in HubSpot.
- Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans to keep multiple initiatives on schedule.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, mail houses, trade publications, and other vendors to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- Draft marketing copy for emails, social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.
- Publish and monitor social media content.
- Update website pages and campaign landing pages.
- Track campaign progress and compile performance reports.
- Support conferences and events by coordinating signage, printed materials, promotional giveaways, and marketing logistics.
- Collaborate with staff across departments to help bring marketing campaigns to life.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization, someone who can manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience.
- Experience using HubSpot or another marketing automation platform.
- Experience building marketing emails, workflows, and audience segments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience managing social media content and scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative software is a plus.
- Association, nonprofit, membership organization, event marketing, or professional services experience is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 – $73,000
