Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Event Marketing Assistant to join our fast-growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who enjoy customer engagement, live events, and marketing campaigns , and are eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing .
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to help you build a successful career in event marketing, promotions, and brand activations .
Position Overview
As an Event Marketing Assistant , you will:
Support day-of event operations and marketing activations
Engage attendees, customers, and community members to promote brands and campaigns
Assist with event setup, logistics, and breakdown
Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all events
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
Contribute ideas to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement
Key Qualifications
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
High School Diploma or equivalent; marketing coursework is a plus
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
