SysTech Automotive is looking for a enthusiastic and professional experienced Senior Service Writer . Candidate must have prior Service Writer/Advisor experience with exceptional sales and customer growth experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer phones
• Schedule and monitor appointments
• Obtain vehicle and customer information
• Complete repair orders
• Clearly annotate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms
• Determine and explain vehicle maintenance scheduled services
• Review and manage inventory
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Experience Required:

• 5 years customer service experience
• Ability to manage customers, scheduling, parts, part returns, equipment maintenance, etc.

Experience Preferred:

• 10 years Customer service experience
• 3 years of automotive industry experience
• College degree or equivalent

Salary/Wage:
