Job Title: Teacher Assistant
Location: Leesburg, VA
Contract Duration: 33 Weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM (30-minute meal break)
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $900 per week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Teacher Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Leesburg, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher with classroom management and daily lesson activities.
Provide one-on-one or group assistance to students to reinforce learning concepts.
Help prepare instructional materials, resources, and classroom setups.
Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, and during lunch or recess periods.
Assist with grading, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Promote student safety, respect, and participation in all learning activities.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in an educational or child-care setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow direction and collaborate with teaching staff.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and commitment to student success.
