- Daily Guarantee: $1,000 daily guarantee for the incoming Dentist .
- First-Year Earnings: $250,000+ income potential.
- Long-Term Growth: $400,000–$500,000 income potential once established.
- Pay Structure: Competitive percentage of collections.
- Benefits: Negotiable benefit package.
- Ownership: Clear partnership path for an interested associate.

- Stable Patient Base: Well-established patient base consisting of PPO and FFS patients.
- Clinical Philosophy: Ethical practice focused on patient care first and profits second.
- Professional Support: The owner is an experienced mentor happy to coach a newer Dentist or provide full autonomy to an experienced clinician.

Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Virginia Dentist license.
- Clinical Skills: Excellent clinical and communication skills are essential.
- Mindset: Highly motivated to learn, remain productive, and deliver high-quality dentistry.
- Experience: Previous experience is preferred; however, we will consider a new Dentist or resident with a great attitude and a desire to grow.
