Job Overview: Available Immediately

This position will support an integrated learning enterprise. Requirements include some network experience and possible local travel between buildings.

Required skills and demonstrated experience:

• Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
• Familiarity with Apple IOS
• Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.
• Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
• Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Highly desired, though not required, include:

• Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum
• Demonstrated experience with wireless
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki
• Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation
• Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments.
• Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.
• Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms.
• Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
• Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.

US Citizenship:

• This position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed.

Security Clearance:

• The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
• Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.

Travel:

• This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
