Project Coordinator
Location: Virginia, VA
Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities
- Support basic program coordination activities under close supervision by tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across program teams.
- Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.
- Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates.
- Monitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication.
- Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers.
- Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed.
- Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Seek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skills.
- Support cross-functional coordination and contribute to team-level planning efforts.
