Executive Assistant

Revalize is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with Office Management experience to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team while ensuring smooth operations in our Northern Virginia office. This dual role requires exceptional attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location

• Hybrid in Reston VA 

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and resolve conflicts
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Prepare and edit presentations reports and correspondence with accuracy
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies mail and vendor coordination
• Manage office budgets invoices and expense reports
• Plan and execute team meetings off-sites and corporate events
• Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to streamline scheduling automate communications optimize travel logistics and support data-driven office management decisions

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Office Manager or similar role
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
• Experience with travel coordination and budget tracking
• Professional approachable demeanor and problem-solving mindset

Additional Information :

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates work experience education and licenses work-related training key skills the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities additional benefits offered and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
