- A structured onboarding process, strong clinical leadership, and ongoing mentorship are available for both seasoned emergency clinicians and those newer to emergency practice.
- Provide timely and compassionate emergency and critical care.
- Manage a wide range of urgent and complex presentations.
- Collaborate with specialty teams and skilled support staff.
- Contribute to protocol refinement and continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
- Salary range: $250,000$450,000 Pro-Sal.

- CE allowance with paid CE days.

- DVM from an accredited institution.
- Virginia veterinary license (or eligibility).
- NAVLE completion.
- U.S. work authorization.
