ResponsibilitiesLead and support our local sales staff by providing clear guidance and operational oversight.
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase our agency footprint in Harrisonburg.
Foster a positive, collaborative office culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
Manage agency performance metrics to ensure we are meeting our growth goals and client service standards.
Mentor team members on refining their sales techniques and deepening their understanding of policy coverage.
Serve as a primary point of contact for complex client inquiries and relationship management.
RequirementsCurrent Property and Casualty insurance producer license for the state of Virginia.
Previous experience managing or mentoring a team within the insurance industry.
Strong background in local relationship building and community networking.
Advanced knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
Ability to navigate agency management systems and digital rating platforms.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on coaching and development.
