Hiring: Compensation Consultant
Virginia (Remote/Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to lead a comprehensive compensation and classification study and provide market-driven recommendations to support equitable and competitive pay practices.
Key Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of compensation consulting experience
✔️ Expertise in salary benchmarking and job classification
✔️ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔️ Experience with compensation surveys and pay equity analysis
✔️ Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge
✔️ CCP certification preferred
