Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Location: Aldie VA 20105

Duration: 29 Weeks

Shift: 8:50 AM 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Personal Care Assistant for an exciting job in Aldie VA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility.

• Support meal preparation feeding and monitoring nutrition.

• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning laundry and organizing.

• Assist with safe ambulation transfers and use of mobility aids.

• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.

• Offer companionship and support; engage clients in social or recreational activities.

• Follow all safety guidelines and established care plans.

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or healthcare support experience preferred.

• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate patient and supportive demeanor.

• Physically capable of assisting with lifting and mobility tasks.

• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
