The Opportunity

The Atlantic District is expanding and looking for a driven sales leader to manage and grow a high-performing sales operation. This is a role for someone who wants to lead a team, develop a client base, and be rewarded directly for the results they produce.

You won't be managing someone else's quota. You'll be building something: recruiting and developing your team, owning your market, and scaling your income alongside your performance.

What You'll Do

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals
• Develop and grow your own book of business within your territory
• Set the pace and culture for your operation — recruiting, training, and coaching
• Own the numbers: pipeline, production, and growth in your market
• Serve as the face of The Atlantic District in your regional market

Compensation & Structure

This is a 1099, commission-based position with no income ceiling, tied directly to your production and your team's. First-year earnings typically land between $100K and $200K, with top performers reaching $300K–$450K. Because compensation is fully performance-based, the strongest candidates come in with the financial reserves to support themselves through an initial ramp-up period.
