- Job-Specific Insights VDOT Richmond District is seeking a detailed oriented individual to conduct routine to complex traffic engineering, safety and operational studies. You will provide data collection, evaluation and analysis; develop reports of findings and provide recommendations of your results; and utilize MS Office, Synchro and CADD. Position will prepare and review designs, sketches for signals, work zones, signage, pavement marking, traffic control, detours and other improvement projects.
