- Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3
- No close / open shifts for our managers.
- Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
- Conduct one full inventory for each period.
- Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.

- Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)

- Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
- Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits
