Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Flywheel Centers is hiring caring and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the afternoons to children with autism in the Woodbridge, VA area. This is an opportunity to support real progress in a child's life, while receiving support from a collaborative clinical team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, following a custom treatment plan

• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

• Track session data and follow guidance from a supervising BCBA

• Create a positive, consistent environment for learning and connection

What You'll Get:

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation to and from in-home sessions

• Childcare or youth experience (required)

• ABA experience (preferred, but not required-we'll train you!)
