Project Supervisor Job Details:

• Location: Richmond and Surrounding Area
• Pay: $18 - $25/hr
• Hours: Mon - Fri 4:45 PM - 1:30 AM (some weekends)

What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations and ensure your team consistently delivers
high‑quality results. You'll be a coach, a problem‑solver, and a motivator - someone who
leads by example and inspires excellence.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to reach their full potential

• Holding regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and
strengthen collaboration

• Providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to support career

• Managing daily workflows, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met

• Monitoring performance metrics to maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency

• Identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry

• Conducting routine inspections to uphold internal and external standards

• Documenting and reporting incidents or deviations to senior leadership
