Morning Babysitter for Toddler
We are currently seeking a reliable and engaging morning babysitter to care for our 1-year-old boy in our Richmond, VA home on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. As Dad works from home and Mom manages chores and errands, your primary responsibilities will include playing with our baby, reading, listening to music, assisting with diaper changes and pottying, and providing a snack. You will also supervise his activities as he crawls, cruises, and explores. Our baby is happy, persistent, and expressive about his favorite things. While separation anxiety is a current challenge, Mom will work closely with you to establish a routine. A potential early nap time is fine, and the full shift will still be compensated. We are looking for someone who is CPR certified, enjoys frequent communication, and is comfortable working alongside Mom. The ideal candidate must be a nonsmoker and comfortable with our affectionate senior cat, as there are cameras in all childcare areas of the house. We look forward to finding a caring and communicative babysitter to join our family’s rhythm!
