Practice Manager

Petite Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our growing pediatric dental practice. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, developing a positive team culture, and driving operational excellence.

Hours:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM.

Additional hours available for candidates seeking full-time employment.

• Lead, support, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees.
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and office efficiency.
• Ensure an exceptional patient and family experience at every visit.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and team productivity.
• Understand dental insurance, collections, and treatment coordination.
• Monitor key practice metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Communicate confidently with patients, families, vendors, and team members.
• Stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Your experience likely includes:

• Dental office management and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims management, EOBs, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Experience supervising and developing team members.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, and collections.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
