What we are looking for:
A driven and mission-focused Donor Account Services Specialist to process data from donations, specialty gifts, and other sources with a low error rate.

Expectations of this role:

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Quickly and accurately process donation data into Salesforce-NPSP CRM system
• Identify and correct errors to ensure accurate account records
• Research and resolve account questions and issues in collaborative environment
• Assist with data cleanup and help with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years data entry experience with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to learn CRM system quickly and to understand basic accounting principles
• Process oriented and able to meet firm deadlines
• High school education required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and databases
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• This is a remote position located in the US requiring the ability to travel up to 5%

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this full time position, the hourly rate is projected to be between $22 and $24.50 /hour.
