As a Blow Molding Equipment Technician , you will play an integral role in maintaining our cutting-edge production machinery. This position is located on the 2nd shift, with hours from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Friday, including possible weekend overtime.

A Day in Your Role:

• Expertly operate machines that craft containers in various sizes and colors, ensuring quality remains paramount.

• Keep a vigilant eye on product quality, adhering to control standards and specifications.

• Propose enhancements to work methods and equipment use to boost efficiency.

• Swiftly inform supervisors of issues, offering solutions and support to coworkers whenever necessary.

• Uphold stringent safety regulations while maintaining a tidy work area.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on blow molding machines, chillers, and related equipment.

• Handle mold adjustments and setups, ensuring machines are ready for operation.

• Diagnose and resolve any electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic malfunctions.

• Support operations by covering shifts and performing additional duties as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Prior experience with Blow Mold Machine Maintenance is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing maintenance is necessary.

• Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 60 lbs.

• Comfort working in varied temperature environments and around high noise levels.

• Ability to wear and operate equipment using a full-face respirator if required.

• Availability for necessary overtime work.
