- Analysis of RF systems, performance metrics, timelines, and models
- Modeling and Simulation of RF systems
- Identify and document issues impacting both spacecraft and ground systems through objective analysis and processes
- Provide technical expertise in systems and engineering to support RF enterprise mission operations activities, programs, systems, and processes
- Evaluate RF R&D projects, advising on technical maturation from low TRL to transition
- Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in system design reviews and technical interchange meetings
- Interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups to drive resolution plans and strategies for complex technical challenges.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Location: On-site
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Education: Bachelors in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
- Preferred: Masters or Ph.D.
- Experience: 8+ years' experience in RF engineering
- Technical: Prior experience with SIGINT technical topics
- Mission: Prior experience with satellite systems and RF mission fundamentals
- Requirements: Experience with CONOPs, architecture products, and/or requirements
- Skills: Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups
- Documentation: Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation and reports
