Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across two clinic locations on a rotating float schedule (approximately 50/50 split)
• Conduct evaluations and assessments including Fall Risk Assessments for a diverse patient population spanning adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Manage a caseload of 12 or more patient visits per day, maintaining 90% productivity and 55 or more visits per week
• Deliver treatment for a broad range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain diagnoses
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using NextGen EHR
• Adhere to business casual dress standards and clinic protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of 90% and 55 or more visits per week
• Competency treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Experience or proficiency with orthopedic conditions including but not limited to back pain, rotator cuff pathology, joint replacement, fractures, and soft tissue injuries
• Ability to float between two clinic locations as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with NextGen EHR documentation system
• Experience with a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses including TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, and total joint replacement post-operative care
