This opportunity is built for someone who brings recent experience in IC, DoD, NGA, NSG, or ASG environments and can translate that knowledge into impactful training. A successful fit is someone who has managed GEOINT or multi-INT collection, worked hands-on with systems like GIMS, WFT, Discovery, Query Broker, and PRISM, and is ready to pass that expertise on in the classroom.

This role is more than presenting slides, it’s about shaping the next generation of collection professionals through scenario-based exercises, cross-INT integration, and realistic mission training. Instructor experience is essential, with a track record of course creation, curriculum maintenance, and student evaluation. Strong communication and briefing skills are also valuable, as the candidate will regularly engage with students, stakeholders, and mission partners, ensuring that complex tradecraft is made clear, actionable, and relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active TS/SCI and willing to sit for CI Poly
• Master’s degree +3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree +5 years OR 20+ years' of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in GEOINT tradecraft, multi-INT collection management, and instructional methodologies, with experience in course design, delivery, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated success operating within IC, DoD, NGA, NSG, or ASG environments, applying mission knowledge to training and collection management.
• Proven ability to leverage GEOINT collection platforms and tools (GIMS, WFT, Discovery, Query Broker, PRISM) to streamline tasking, optimize analysis, and scale collection strategies across multiple mission areas.
• Proven ability to brief, present, and engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
