Student Pastor
First Baptist Church of Woodbridge is searching for a relational and development-driven Student Pastor who is passionate about seeing middle school and high school students discover, celebrate, apply, and extend the gospel in the greater Woodbridge community and beyond. This role involves investing and developing leaders to meet students’ needs and foster their spiritual growth, leading at mid-week Momentum, discipling students in their faith journey, and placing intentional effort in reaching and connecting with students in the community for Christ. Reporting to the Executive Pastor, the Student Pastor will serve as a member of the Ministry Lead Team working collaboratively with other pastors and ministry directors in providing spiritual leadership.
