Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals on the path to recovery? Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to encouraging independence and accountability without providing personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rules
- Encourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountability
- Support and observe the administration of medication
- Promote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environment
Assist with recreational and community-based activities - Document shift activities and maintain clear communication logs
- Report behavioral or health concerns to supervisors
- Support meal planning and preparation
- Perform health and safety checks
- Maintain the cleanliness of shared program spaces
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain – BLS not accepted)
- Experience in substance use recovery, mental health, or human services (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Current TB screening clearance
- Strong communication, consistency, and interpersonal skills
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time Days (12-Hour Shifts) Rotating weekdays and every other weekend.
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Part-Time / PRN - We are hiring PRN staff to provide coverage as needed.
