- Location: Will split time between locations in Chesapeake, VA and Newport News, VA

- Schedule - M-F 8a - 4:30p
- Low Volume: 8-10 patients per day
- Requirements: DOT Certification and 1 year of Occupational Medicine NP experience
- Pay: By phone discussion only
- Mileage reimbursement
